My present RS gold setup for ice hockey burst is: Charged Battle Robe set, Arcane Stream Necklace, Infinity Boots. It works pretty well and different stat bonuses work well. (30% damage bonus and 50% of runes saved) I generally use a ring of life for security purposes, but a seers ring would provide a magic bonus worth thinking about. I am pretty sure there's an xp nerf there. If you can't manage to utilize ancients with your runes, try alching.

Im acctually leveling up quite fast. I can hit a 176 maximum hit and also to get a 64 thats fairly great (I could use all that expensive equipment but im really poor [I barley have 100,000 coins at the end of the day, after I fist of guthix my tokens to 300, I purchase dragon gauntlets and sell the about the GE and then try barrows as many occasions as I can with my money and wind up using 15,000 by the end of the day, the day will come once I get barrows gear.])

I understand effiency and that, I said I only throw when I'm 4 levels over it. Does anyone have any better traing methods? I dont like to consider barrows as training but I do get a reasonable share or xp and that I lose about 4000 coins every time or I earn atleast 30,000 gain, it isn't acctually that awful. I utilize minamal prayer pots because I suspend them and walk away.
