Scarlett caused a photographer, along with a team of wonderful creative wedding suppliers to create these gorgeous inspirational images for you. This editorial was produced when small weddings of 15 were allowed. Sadly, weddings aren't currently allowed whatsoever, however, they will be allowed again – which is a fact we should all keep during these very hard times.

With Autumn here and temporary restrictions on weddings, the creative team chose to style, the things they say are, in their view, probably the most desirable wedding alternative around; a chance to host a romantic meal with six of the closest family and friends.

I adore how suppliers want to make much smaller weddings a lot more special which images are proof that the most intimate celebration could be styled beautifully adding an elegant tone and feeling of atmosphere.

"Our dome was supplied by, decorated with monochrome taper candles in brass holders, gold foiled night sky menus, and gold-rimmed glassware all complimented with a beautiful mixed dried and fresh flower cloud suspended over the round dining room table by Katie." Here

"To keep up with the wedding feel we felt muted tones work beautifully with creams, dove greys, cream color tones. Stunning fabrics from used to drape through chairs, cascading on the cake podium, and over the main dining room table added a genuine romantic touch."

"Hermongers Barn found in the Sussex countryside, a converted barn with a brand new industrial extension and enormous grounds provided an ideal location for the shoot using their mix of high ceilings and sanded beams combined with the added contrast between your classic barn conversion and also the modern touches within the new space they’ve recently created."

"A marbled two-tier cake with gold sugar detailing was the stick-out piece within the drawing-room. It sat alongside our bar from Raw Spirit where we served bespoke celestial-themed cocktails, 'Moondust Margaritas' and 'Big Bang Bourbon'."

"Vintage furniture and decoration from the collection included gorgeous sofas sets, working perfectly alongside our isle carpet runner entrance towards the dome and many different types of brass lanterns."

"Elegant and timeless princess wedding dresses by FeelTimes supplied by Morgan Davies bridal complemented perfectly with shoes from Freya Rose. Diamond encrusted star pins and hair accessories from Miss Clemmie supplying the right amount of detail for the bride."
